Estabishing a routine and imaginary dogs
Having accepted today that I won't get much work done, youngest seems to have accepted me bringing her back here and working, typical! Maybe I will be able to get into some sort of work routine this week after all.
Youngest says she is feeling tired today. She is certainly quieter than she was yesterday, but then that is not surprising. I don't think anyone could keep up that level of excitement and chatter for too long.
Both youngest and her sister watched a film last night about some dogs. After the film had finished they both chose one of their dog cuddly toys each and pretended it was real. Our eldest daughter called her's Friday after the main dog in the film. They found leads for them and dragged them all around the house. When it was bedtime they got a big cushion and a blanket and lay their dogs by their bed for the night. The only trouble is youngest takes the pretend game a bit too far. She complained today that she was tired because her sister's dog, Friday, kept her awake all night barking! I know there are lots of toys out there now that can make noises, such as barking and howling, but I assure you this isn't one of them its just a stuffed cuddly.
